Our live status page has up to date information on any degraded performance, downtime or planned maintenance of all Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) available on our platform and the pawaPay platform itself.

Any relevant information about incidents and maintenance that affect your merchant account will be displayed on the top right corner of the pawaPay dashboard.

Pressing on the icon will expand your view and give more details on the ongoing incidents/maintenance.

Pressing on "Read more" will direct you to the Incident page while "Status Page" will direct you to the homepage of our status page.

While at the status page you can subscribe to receive updates about incidents through different channels like e-mail, Slack and more.

Description
OperationalService is operating as expected.
Degraded performanceDegraded performance for some transactions.
Partial outageDegraded performance with intermittent unavailability.
Major outageService is unavailable and no transactions are accepted for processing.
Under maintenanceThere is an active maintenance window. Degraded performance or intermittent unavailability might occur.

Our support and payment operation teams work 24/7 and are aware of, and acting on, any statuses shown on our status page. We provide regular updates on the progress of resolving all issues that arise.

To provide an even better experience to your customers, we suggest implementing our Correspondent Availability Status endpoints. This allows you to inform your customer proactively about MNO downtime, potential problems and upcoming maintenance windows.
