Requesting a settlement
You can request to be settled by pressing on the "Support" button in the lower left corner of the page in our dashboard.
Press on the "Settlement request" option.
In your request, please specify:
- The wallets you wish to be settled; and
- The amount from each wallet that you wish to be settled.
If you are being settled in a foreign currency, our treasury team will contact you on the ticket raised with the exchange rates.
Once agreed, you will be settled to the bank account you specified during your initial account setup.
